Rescuing animals is a 24/7 commitment.  As the founder of the rescue and the primary caretaker of the dogs in our rescue, I stayed too busy with the hands on work with the dogs to keep my records organized, keep the adoption sites up to date or to have my records easily accessible during State inspections.  Launch Paw has been the answer to my record keeping and adoption site time crunch.  A few minutes at the computer and all my work is done and stored safely in the Cloud.  The adoption sites are updated and our adoptions have increased thanks to the timely positing of our dogs.

The back office at Launch Paw has been very responsive to any question or special request I have had. "The auto update feature saves an enormous amount of our time."

Before we found Launch Paw we did everything manually and in different systems like spreadsheets, passing emails back and forth between volunteers, to manual uploading and keeping our Petfinder and Adopt-a-Pet rescue pages current. It was a nightmare to manage. Now with Launch Paw's back office system having all the data in one place where our team can see and share from adoption applications, to medical records and expenses, we have become much more efficient, especially since once we bring the animal information into our back office system the auto update feature saves an enormous amount of our time. The adoption review process is more effective and the auto pay feature is great and allowing us to attach our contract to the payment email that goes out again saves time.
